Madhu Raghunath, is the Chief Operating Officer for the Dealership Businesses of  TVS Mobility Private Limited and is responsible for the P&L of the TVS dealerships of Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Renault, Honda, Infrastructure, Construction Equipment, and Material Handling Solutions business divisions representing leading brands like Escorts, Palfinger, Zoomlion, Doosan, BYD and others and Distribution of Auto Parts of Ashok Leyland and other OESL Parts Distribution spread across various states of India employing over 4000 people.

Madhu is also the Group Head – Human Resources & Organizational Capability for TVS Mobility Private Limited, including the automotive aftermarket companies of TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited and Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited. Madhu has the distinction of being an HR professional transitioning into a business role and is a qualified HR professional, having done his master’s in social work specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He also holds a Diploma in Labour and Administrative Law.

He has completed his Strategic Human Resource Management programme from Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan, and the Foundations of Business Strategy course from Darden Business School, University of Virginia. He has worked for more than 12 ½ years now with the TVS Mobility group and before this has worked for over 14 years with Unilever, across all the geographies in India handling various leadership responsibilities. He started his career at Mafoi Management Consultants in Bangalore.

He is a certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and is a certified strength- based life coach from VIA Life Institute, USA. He has an interest in mentoring and developing young people. Madhu emphasizes meticulous Execution and Care for People.

G Srinivasa Raghavan is the Global President & CEO of TVS Mobility Private Limited and Managing Director of TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited. Juggling between various responsibilities, he has over 20 years of experience working globally across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Travel & Transportation. Prior to joining TVS in January 2013, he was heading the India Operations in TCS.

A Visionary leader, he has an undying passion for business, creates a workplace culture where each member feels genuinely valued, has a futuristic vision and transforms ideas into real-world success stories. Translating his ambition, dynamism and persistence, Srinivasa Raghavan has been the catalyst to growth and taken TVS Group of Companies to newer heights of success.

S Rajasekaran

New Initiatives & Strategic Planning Head

Starting his career in 1989 as a sales representative for an Automobile vehicle dealership, he joined TVS in Madurai Corporate office in 2006. Today he serves as the Assistant Vice President in the TVS Corporate Office.

With a deep understanding of overall Automobile Dealership Management in Sales, Service, Spares, HR, IT & Finance – Rajasekaran believes in maintaining a culture of integrity and modesty to achieve breakthroughs.

From preparing business plans to heading the TVS as the country head in South Africa and coordinating the TVS & Sons demerger - he has many success stories to his credit. Interweaving his experience and expertise, he brings with him a winning creative to tackle challenges as the New Initiatives & Strategic planning head at TVS.

M S Ravichandran

Ashok Leyland Business Sales Head

Backed by expert decision making, problem-solving skills, experience and keen business acumen, M S Ravichandran, also known as MSR, heads the Vehicle Sales operations of AL SBU in TVS Mobility.

With his strategic planning, he has handled about 16 to 20% of AL Vehicle sales on a Pan India Basis, which contributes to about 8% of the commercial vehicles Industry. From providing guidance about market trends to developing resources and tracking long-term sales data, arranging the finance, and assisting in RTO formalities - he is known to have performed meticulously.

Before joining TVS, he worked in different OEMs in various capacities from Sales executive to Head of sales, and in different locations. In addition to working and handling various states in India also handled the Sri Lanka sales. He can Speak all the 4 south Indian Languages in addition to English and Hindi.

Prakash Krishnamoorthy

Honda Business Head

Serving as the Assistant Vice President at TVS Mobility, Prakash has been supporting the company's strategies and procedures for growth and development. A strong organizer and team player, he has been capable of ensuring the smooth flow of business processes and providing additional assistance and resources as needed.

With his good technical knowledge and rich experience in the automotive industry for over three decades in India and overseas, he has been instrumental in improving the business' performance and growth. Has an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and focuses on excellent customer service and satisfaction - which help him bring long-term gains for the company.

Vishnu Gurudas

Renault Sales Head

Mr. Vishnu Gurudas heads the Sales Operations for our Renault passenger car business in Kerala. He has 20 years of expertise in the field of passenger car retail business both in India and abroad with brands like Toyota, Suzuki and now Renault. Vishnu's innovative approach in evaluating market potential, analyzing business scenarios and implementing strategies have supplemented TVS Mobility to be the highest contributor of Renault car sales in India along with achievement of 8 Dealer Excellence and 4 Dealer of the year awards from Renault.

His customer centric approach & passion towards integration of latest technology has enabled development of several digital platforms in our dealerships to make car buying a delightful journey for customers. Apart from sales operations his professional interests include digital marketing and process innovation with technology.

T Mohanraj

CE&MH Business Head

Mohanraj holds his master’s degree in Foreign Trade, International and Constitutional Law, heads the Construction Equipment and Material Handling Business Division at TVS Mobility. With over 25+ years of experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Strategic Business Development, he has been instrumental in helping the group gain better brand recognition and financial growth. Also holding a rich experience of nearly 15 years in the automotive and equipment sector, he comes with the capacity of handling business from an entrepreneurial perspective.

His key strength lies in planning, executing, and acquiring new Dealership through OEM engagement, Corporate Relationship, and liaison with Government Establishment. Prior to joining TVS, he has working experience in the field of Industrial Safety, Vehicle dealership with TATA, Equipment Financing in Reliance, and now with more than 10 years in the Construction equipment segment at TVS Mobility. All these collectively come together to help him contribute towards overall profitability and running the business efficiently.

V G Hari

Parts Head

Hari serves as the Assistant Vice President of the AL Parts Distribution Division heading Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh. He holds a vast experience of more than 3 decades in automobile spare parts, marketing OE/OES in the two-wheeler to truck segment and Oil industry.

His strength lies in evaluating the challenges faced by the business and develop opportunities for growth. A seasoned team leader, he believes in working clOESLy with the team, helping the reach their potential and deliver to the customer’s expectations. He believes in transparent flow of ideas from top level to the bottom level, thereby increasing the efficiency and productivity of each employee, ultimately boosting performance and customer satisfaction.

K Ramesh

Ashok Leyland Business Service Head

Ramesh serves as the Asst. Vice President & National Head – Service for AL SBU. In his capacity, he handles the entire After Market Product Support for Ashok Leyland vehicles in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka & Madhya Pradesh. Driving quality improvement and operational performance, Ramesh is known to influence the segment with his technical knowledge and Customer centric approach.

Taking charge of the section, he has been successful in servicing approximately 30,000 vehicles a Month and Supply of Spare Parts. With substantial experience of working in the automobile industry, he assures that the customer receives the best service support and addresses all technical aspects of customer inquiries, and after sales assistance.

Ramesh also has a vast experience in sales & service of infrastructure, construction and material handling equipment.

P K Kannan

Mahindra Business Head

P.K.Kannan serves as Vice President for Mahindra SBU and heads the company’s International Operations in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. His rich experience of 3 decades in Marketing, Sales and Service operations has proven his abilities in accomplishing goals consistently in the ever so challenging business environment. A go-getter with high initiative and advocacy, his skills in inquiry & conflict management have helped him handle dealerships on almost any terrain - from the South, Central West & Eastern states of India to the Middle East.

With extensive exposure has gained him his prowess in effectively managing business and teams to work in synchronisation to achieve business goals. Determined and persistent, he is an effective communicator and motivator - for language is no barrier to him. Kannan’s techno-commercial expertise in strategy, planning and management skills ratifies his role as a master of all trades.

Saranath Ananthan

Dealership & Distribution Business Finance Head

A Saranath is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and CPA from USA. A highly accomplished, results driven, senior accounting and financial management executive with more than 24 years of experience overseas and in India in Finance & Accounts, Audit, Costing, and as a Business Finance Partner.

Saranath is the CFO for the Dealership and Distribution business of the TVS Mobility Group and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations.

Saranath joined TVS in 2014 from another Automotive conglomerate from Middle East, where he served in several capacities like Head of Internal Audit, Treasury, Executive Assistant to Chairman of the group. While at the earlier company, he led efforts that strengthened various processes and controls and helped set up an automated system for monitoring the treasury activities.

As CFO of the Dealership and Distribution business, Saranath provides strategic leadership for the Division’s business and finance functions, as well as for the management of its financial and capital resources. He is responsible for Budget, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Audit both Internal and External, Financial Reporting, Working Capital Management, Business Applications Support.

Earlier with in the same group he was a Business Finance Partner of the Aftermarket company namely TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd and for a brief period in the Dealership business as well before assuming the role of CFO.

As business finance partner, he was instrumental for automating various processes including implementation of Vehicle Information Management System, an inhouse developed application which has led to better monitoring of margins earned and improved compliance towards GST.

V Suresh Rao

Renault Service Head

Suresh joined the TVS Group in 2017 as Service Head of Renault SBU and presently manages FASL and My TVS Kerala PV businesses.

Suresh has diverse experience, started his career with Indian Air Force and moved out after 6 years of Service as a Flight Lieutenant, working in Private Telecom Companies for 14 years, managing Sales and Service Operations of these Companies at various levels including All Kerala Operations and the Rest of Karnataka. In addition, also worked as Head of Sales and Service of Popular Vehicles for Kerala and Chennai for 6 years. His relevant sales experience comes in handy in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions at TVS Mobility.

Suresh has received a lot of awards in the organization he has worked for, a prestigious one being the commendation from the Chief of Air Staff for his Meritorious Service on the Republic Day of 1993.
